We ship our chocolates via USPS Priority Mail Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders placed by Noon EST will be shipped the following shipping day. Shipping fee varies by weight and temperature and includes packaging so your chocolates arrive safely at their destination. Your chocolates will typically arrive within 2-3 days business days.
Warm Weather Shipping (60°F and Above)
We are very happy to ship chocolates to a warm weather destination (60°F and above), but your order will require warm weather packaging. This additional packaging includes an insulated cooler box and ice packs to prevent the chocolates from melting.
Before placing your order, please check the package destination temperature. If it is 60°F or above anytime during the 7 days after the order is placed, the warm weather shipping option must be chosen. This shipping cost is a flat $20.00 per address.
If you do not choose warm weather shipping (when needed), we reserve the right to add this packaging at our best discretion (for an additional fee) to minimize damage to the chocolates. If we make that decision, we'll contact you either by phone or email the day the order is placed, and again the following business day if we do not hear back from you the day the order is placed. If we do not hear back from you within 2 business days we will cancel your order assuming you would like it cancelled. After all, we both want the chocolates to arrive in good condition. You can always re-order and choose the warm weather option.
Other Shipping Information
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the continental U.S. due to the perishable nature of our chocolates and the less reliable transport times to these destinations. At this time, we do not ship overnight.

If you should experience a problem with your package upon arrival, please inspect it for damage. If you find the outside shipping box to be damaged, please take a picture of it for reference, as you will want to share this USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for damages that occurs as a result of shipping mishandling; please speak to your postal carrier if this happens.
